The 18th AMOS Conference held September 2017 attracted the highest attendance to date, welcoming a total of 738 participants with 48% from industry, 30% from military and government, 14% from academia, 5% from Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), and 3% other. A continued emphasis on global SSA efforts resulted in our highest international attendance yet—100 individuals participated from 15 countries. The Conference featured more than 100 technical papers in the fields of sensor processing, adaptive imaging, and Space Situational Awareness. In addition, 30 sponsors and exhibitors contributed to the success of this distinctive event. Whether from military, civilian, or contractor organizations, they have advanced the surveillance of space and its associated tasks.
